Organisational Review (including Governance)
Our organisational reviews provide an analysis of the overall function/performance of a defined part or the whole of your practice. It examines all performance aspects, including systems, processes and people related issues.
The process includes a number of simple yet effective steps:

- conduct a performance needs assessment
- define criteria of performance
- data collection
- data analysis
- report provision (including findings and recommendations)
Once the review is completed it is time to communicate and implement improvements.
The benefits of an organizational performance review are:
- Detailed analysis of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats
- Checklist around governance –
- Governance is the framework of rules, relationships, systems and processes within and by which authority is exercised and controlled in practices/hospitals etc. It influences how the objectives of the practice/hospital are set and achieved, how risk is monitored and assessed and how performance is optimized.
- Guiding principles of good governance include: vision and strategy, culture, independent judgement, skills and experience, risk assessment, diligence, delegation and performance.
- Insight from all levels and groups in and outside of the organisation
- Findings can be used to track your improvement over time, improve business performance and benchmark your performance against other practices.
Governance is essential to ensure that directors, shareholders, boards or committees are effective at leading the practice they serve, while also meeting their legal and compliance responsibilities.
